Elaine, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure at the beginning of the year, and it has really thrown me for a loop! I've never had it before, and of course now I am on meds, which make me feel draggy. Any hints to bring it down would be appreciated.

Do relax. I had high blood pressure and was on medication for several years. Then I was able to get off the medication after I changed jobs. The bulk of my problem was stress related. The meds made me feel (as Happy Cottage Quilter said) draggy. I hope your blood pressure is in normal range very quickly.
